Welcome to Vesuvio’s new website!

Just a couple more weeks to go before we’re ready to put Nonna’s recipes to use and start serving the best Italian food Los Angeles has ever seen.

Although our menu isn’t posted yet and the truck isn’t roaming the streets, this should hold you over for now:

Arancino con formaggio

Arancini con formaggio

What the heck are those, you may wonder? They’re our (soon-to-be) world famous Arancini [Ah-rahn-CHEE-nee]; flavor bombs packed full with Rice, Parmesan Cheese, Italian Salami, Parsley and a secret mix of italian herbs and spices. They’re stuffed with a smoked mozzarella core, breaded and DEEP FRIED. Dip it in a little bit of Ragu and you’ll think you’ve died and gone to heaven…yes, they’re that tasty!

If you ain’t hungry yet, come back in a couple of days when our entire menu is posted. You’z-uh gonna be shocked!

Oh, and don’t forget to follow us on Twitter! The first 1,000 people to follow us and use the #VesuvioIsTheBomb hash tag are going to be entered in a great prize drawing… more details coming soon!

Arrivederci,

The Vesuvio Team
